     Every effort within reason has been made to design this web site to conform to cross browser functionality. Older browsers may not render content that has been added for function and conceptual design.

I highly recommend that you upgrade to Internet Explorer 5.5 or newer if you are running Microsoft Windows 98 or newer (Win95 users - Internet Explorer 5.5 is the last version you can upgrade to. 6.0 will not install). The upgrade will not only allow you to take advantage of the modern advancements in HTML but will add enhancements to windows itself.
